AddTrail is developed and operated by Minh Thu Nguyen (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how AddTrail handles information needed to operate gameplay, purchases, support, sync, rewarded ads, diagnostics, and fair-play features.
Minh Thu Nguyen is the individual developer and publisher of AddTrail and is responsible for the data practices described in this policy. AddTrail is the name of the application and is not represented as a separate company or legal entity. Privacy questions, access requests, and correction requests can be sent to support@jolous.com. Permanent account deletion can be initiated directly in the app from Settings > Account > Delete Account & Data.
AddTrail stores progress and settings on your device, including completed levels, lives, hints, timers, monthly pass state, Rush cooldowns, rewarded ad counts, sound and haptic settings, applied support grants, purchase grant IDs, the gameplay analytics preference, a random analytics installation identifier while sharing is enabled, and analytics events waiting to upload.
If iCloud is available and enabled, AddTrail may store or sync a player ID, support code, iCloud user record identifier, Sign in with Apple identifier, app version, gameplay progress, chapter completion counts, lives, hints, timers, monthly pass status, rewarded ad count, Rush scores, leaderboard entries, purchase grant records, support policy state, and support records through Apple CloudKit.
If iCloud is unavailable, disabled, full, restricted, or signed out, AddTrail may be limited to local device storage. Local progress and remaining consumable balances may be lost if you delete the app or reset device data before backup completes.
When iCloud is available, AddTrail may periodically save an operational support and fair-play profile to CloudKit even if you have not contacted support. It may include a pseudonymous player ID and support code, app version, device model, iOS version, update timestamps, gameplay balances, chapter progress, rewarded-ad counts, Rush scores, content versions, and indicators used to detect impossible balances or scores. This information is used for account recovery, purchase support, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and fair play.
The detailed gameplay profile is encrypted before upload. Limited routing and operational metadata—including pseudonymous identifiers, device and app versions, timestamps, record status, and risk-flag counts—may be stored separately so the record can be located and managed.
AddTrail may collect limited Journey events to understand whether players begin, interact with, complete, fail, or leave a level and whether tutorial, hint, life, or reward states preceded that outcome. These events use a separate random installation identifier and may include app and content versions, broad level identifiers and mechanics, capped error counters, and coarse progression context.
Gameplay analytics do not include your AddTrail player ID, support code, Apple or Game Center identity, advertising identifier, purchase transaction, email address, complete puzzle path, board values, solution, target, or board seed. Analytics are not joined to support or purchase records and are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. Raw events are scheduled to expire after 90 days; non-identifying aggregate totals may be retained longer. You can stop future collection and clear events waiting on your device using Settings > Privacy > Share Gameplay Analytics.
If you use Game Center or leaderboards, Apple may process your Game Center identity, display name, scores, achievements, and related information under Apple's terms and privacy policies. AddTrail may submit or display scores and achievements as part of gameplay.
App Store purchases are processed by Apple. AddTrail does not receive your full credit card or payment card number. AddTrail may store transaction identifiers, product IDs, grant type, quantity, duration, status, creation date, revocation date, and post-grant balances to verify purchases, prevent duplicate grants, support restoration, and troubleshoot missing items.
AddTrail does not currently show forced banner or interstitial ads during ordinary gameplay. It may use Google AdMob or another ad partner for optional rewarded ads that appear only after you choose an ad-supported reward. Ad partners may process device information, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app interaction data, ad views, ad clicks, diagnostics, and similar information to deliver, limit, secure, and measure ads. Depending on your region and device settings, you may be asked for consent or tracking permission.
If you contact support, AddTrail may include your message, optional email address, support code, player ID, device model, iOS version, app version, and limited gameplay, purchase, or account status context. The message and detailed gameplay payload are encrypted before upload. Limited routing and operational metadata may be stored separately so the request can be delivered, located, and answered.
AddTrail does not sell personal information. Information may be processed through Apple services, advertising partners, diagnostics providers, or other service providers needed to operate the app, comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect rights and safety.
You can disable gameplay analytics in AddTrail Settings, disable iCloud or Game Center in Apple settings, manage subscriptions and refunds through Apple, and control tracking or personalized ads through iOS privacy settings where available. Turning off gameplay analytics stops future collection and clears events waiting on that device. You may request access or correction through in-app Contact Support or by emailing support@jolous.com. To permanently delete your AddTrail account and associated data, use Settings > Account > Delete Account & Data. The dedicated in-app flow records the request immediately without requiring a phone call, email, or customer-support interaction. Deletion or de-identification of developer-controlled account data is completed within 30 days.
AddTrail is not directed to children under 13. If AddTrail learns that it collected personal information from a child under 13 without required consent, it will take reasonable steps to delete it.

AddTrail is a puzzle game developed and provided by Minh Thu Nguyen (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). “AddTrail” refers to the application and product, not a separate company or legal entity. By downloading, accessing, or using AddTrail, you agree to these Terms of Use and to any applicable Apple terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You may use AddTrail only if you can form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you, or if a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms for you. AddTrail is not directed to children under 13. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use AddTrail for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s applicable usage rules. No ownership rights in AddTrail or its content are transferred to you.
AddTrail includes Journey levels, tutorial levels, Rush modes, lives, hints, timed unlimited lives, leaderboard scores, monthly pass benefits, and other virtual features. Puzzle rules may include target sums, path-length requirements, gates, checkpoints, arrows, curses, fog, bombs, or other conditions shown in the app. A target sum alone may not complete a puzzle when another displayed condition remains unmet.
Progress and virtual benefits are licensed for use within AddTrail. They have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred outside the app. We may correct corrupted or fraudulent balances and may rebalance future gameplay, but we will take reasonable steps not to remove legitimately earned progress or verified purchase entitlements without a valid operational, legal, security, refund, or fraud-prevention reason.
Optional purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. The Developer does not receive your full payment card information. Product descriptions, current prices, billing periods, and benefits are displayed in AddTrail and Apple’s purchase sheet before confirmation. The Monthly Pass is an auto-renewable subscription that currently provides the benefits displayed on its purchase screen, including extra heart capacity, monthly hints, and access to Rush and eligible bonus modes while active. It renews unless cancelled through Apple account settings. Deleting AddTrail does not cancel a subscription.
Active subscriptions and eligible non-consumable purchases can generally be restored through Apple’s purchase systems when you use the same Apple ID. Consumables such as hints, heart refills, and timed unlimited lives may not be restorable in the same way. Remaining consumable balances require a completed AddTrail iCloud or CloudKit backup to restore after deleting the app, changing devices, or resetting local data. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple, which determines eligibility under its policies and applicable law.
AddTrail does not currently show forced banner or interstitial ads during ordinary gameplay. It may offer optional rewarded ads only after you choose an ad-supported reward, such as a hint or life. Because optional ads are available, AddTrail should not be understood as completely ad-free. You can continue playing without choosing a rewarded ad, although the optional reward will not be granted.
Ad availability, reward confirmation, formats, and daily limits may vary by region, device, connection, consent settings, and ad partner availability. Closing an ad early or a failed completion confirmation may prevent the reward from being granted.
AddTrail may collect limited anonymous Journey analytics to understand level starts, completion, failure, and abandonment. The Privacy Policy explains the data, purposes, retention period, service providers, and available controls. Gameplay analytics can be disabled in Settings > Privacy > Share Gameplay Analytics.
You must not cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate purchases or leaderboards, automate play, interfere with the app or its services, reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it, submit false support claims, abuse refunds, or use AddTrail unlawfully. We may take reasonable action to protect the app, other players, purchases, support systems, and fair-play features.
We may update, balance, add, limit, suspend, or discontinue puzzles, rewards, purchases, advertising, support tools, leaderboards, or other features to improve AddTrail, prevent abuse, correct errors, comply with platform requirements, or maintain fair gameplay. We do not promise that every feature will always be available in every region or on every device.
AddTrail is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
These terms supplement, and do not replace, Apple’s applicable terms. Apple is not responsible for operating or supporting AddTrail. Your download and use remain subject to Apple’s App Store rules, purchase and subscription rules, service terms for iCloud and Game Center, and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless Apple accepts a custom EULA for AddTrail.
These terms may be updated when AddTrail, applicable laws, or platform requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels available to us, such as the app, this legal page, the support website, or App Store metadata.
Questions about these terms or AddTrail can be sent to Minh Thu Nguyen at support@jolous.com.
Local progress and settings stay on your device until you delete or reset the app or device data. CloudKit records are retained while needed for sync, recovery, support, purchase verification, fraud prevention, and fair play; AddTrail does not currently promise automatic deletion after a fixed inactivity period. Permanent deletion can be initiated directly in the app from Settings > Account > Delete Account & Data. Developer-controlled account data is deleted or de-identified within 30 days, except where retention is required or permitted for legal compliance, accounting, purchase verification, security, fraud prevention, or disputes. Support records are retained while needed to resolve a request and for a reasonable follow-up period, or longer when required for those purposes. Records controlled by Apple, Game Center, advertising partners, or other providers remain subject to those providers' policies.
